My research focuses on how public and nonprofit organizations function in challenging policy environments that serve society's most vulnerable. I am especially interested in how such organizations manage their human capital to implement complex social programs. I explore these questions from a cross-national perspective, currently studying organizations that serve children.

I am currently a PhD candidate in Public Administration and Policy at American University's School of Public Affairs. I have previously worked in the child development nonprofit space in India, implementing education and transition programs across marginalized communities.

From Mumbai, India, I have a bachelor's degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier's College Mumbai and a Master in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore's LKY School of Public Policy.
